We will highlight how we use Schoology to ensure our staff has the skills and tools to use this LMS in a 1:1 environment. See how we began our PD efforts with a Schoology 101 session (good), to individualized training on maximizing Schoology (better), to participation in blended learning courses (best). PD opportunities via Schoology have allowed teachers to explore ways to create efficient, engaging courses for student participation; utilize the tools and interactivity within Schoology; gamify PD; and learn at his/her own pace.
